This website is owned and operated by TRADE NEST LTD.
The online store provides products for retail sale in accordance with Bulgarian and European Union legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the E-commerce Act.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract;
  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
  • Provide accurate and truthful information for your order and delivery.

3. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes.
While we strive to ensure accuracy, TRADE NEST LTD. reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or change product availability without prior notice.
In case a product is out of stock, you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) or another currency, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or online card payment.
  • In case of payment errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

5. Orders and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@clairinbg.com.
Your order will be processed only after confirmation.

TRADE NEST LTD. reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if:

  • The item is unavailable;
  • The payment was not successfully completed;
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece according to our Delivery Policy.
Delivery times and fees are clearly stated before checkout.
Delays may occur due to force majeure or courier issues, for which we are not responsible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods within 14 days of receipt, under the terms described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Warranty and Claims

All products are covered by a legal warranty under Articles 112–115 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact sales@clairinbg.com immediately.
We will repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the case.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials on this website are the property of TRADE NEST LTD. or its partners.
Reproduction or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRADE NEST LTD. shall not be liable for:

  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution;
  • Temporary website downtime;
  • Delays caused by couriers or external service providers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We process customer data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used only for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek an amicable solution.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
